- Peroxide index: 4.8 meq O2/kg — limit is max 20
- K270: 0.13 — limit is max 0.22
- Ethyl esters: 13 mg/kg — limit is max 35 mg/kg
Lower numbers mean higher quality. Our oil sits well below the thresholds for premium Extra Virgin grade on every single measure.
