Right of Withdrawal

 

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, provided the product is in its original sealed packaging and that packaging has not been broken after delivery (for hygiene and food-safety reasons).

 

To exercise this right, contact us at info@jugodeoliva.com, or use the model withdrawal form below. We will reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.

Complaints (Warranty Claims)

 

If the product you received is defective, you may file a complaint within 24 months of receipt. Please contact info@jugodeoliva.com with a description of the defect and proof of purchase. We will handle your complaint within 30 days of receiving it.

 

Damages and Issues

 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
