Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website jugodeoliva.com and the purchase of products from JugoDeOliva s.r.o. ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in the Czech Republic.

2. Formation of the contract
By submitting an order through our website, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected goods. The purchase contract is concluded at the moment we confirm your order by email. Before submitting your order, you have the opportunity to review and correct the details you have entered.
3. Payment terms
Payment can be made by the methods offered at checkout. Ownership of the goods passes to you only once full payment has been received.
4. Delivery terms
We deliver to the Czech Republic and selected EU countries via the carrier selected at checkout. Estimated delivery time and cost are shown at checkout before you complete your order.
5. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, provided the oil is in its original sealed packaging and that packaging has not been opened after delivery (for hygiene reasons). 7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Consumer disputes may be referred to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Ceska obchodni inspekce, coi.cz).
